The camera fades into the locker room in Birmingham, Alabama. Big Al Stud is sitting back reclined in a recliner watching some old wrestling tapes. Not ICW tapes, but tapes of another federation. He is watching a certain Iron Man match with a certain hitman and a certain hbk in it. Its a real classic of a match and it just now finished. Big Al Stud un-reclines his chair and leans forward and begins talking to the camera, after he pauses his tape.
Big Al Stud:
It is really quite astounding Max, what all really goes into making a classic, legendary, or even just a great wrestling match. It has to involve the right people. Certain people can really put on a show with each other, and when you put other people in with certain people, it can have catastrophic outcomes, no matter what the talents are. I know you well Max, and you know me the same...which is why I think that we can make this a damn good matchup Friday Night, there really is nothing in the way of us. I know you won't quit easily, and I know that I won't surrender at all, so when its all said and done Friday, the true ICW World Heavyweight Champion will stand alone in the ring, and we will know who the greatest wrestler around is...and I am going to do everything in my power to assure everyone that it is me. But back to what it takes to be a great match, it takes the great wrestlers. The Iron Man match at wrestlemania 12 is a classic example of a great match. Two great preformers like you and me Max, two great wrestlers stepped it up in the main event with the ultimate gold on the line. They took their federation to places that it had never been. Places that no one else could take it before them. This is just the same thing that you and I are doing for ICW. We are making ICW great, raising the bar known as Main Eventing. but you look before the Iron Man Match and see some great promos, and real heated rivalry. That is another necessity to a classic match. We have that down Max. I am cutting some great promos, as are you. You can look back to Mind Games for even more...alot more, promos by both of us. These are some of the best promos that ICW has ever seen. We have every tool going for us so far to make this one of the best matches ever, just like they did before us at WM12. But lets look at the history, something really needed for all of my fans to get into me beating the tar out of you, while you neively dont quit. It all goes back well over a year ago. At WrestleRage2 we formed the greatest stable known to man, the Main Event. The five top superstars at the time in ICW, and we added more. But in ME, there were certain great alliances...one in particular known as the clique of ICW. It was you, me, Webster, and Ice. You and I were the best friends of ICW, but that all took a sharp turn for the worse a year later at WrestleRage3 when I turned my back on you. Not really that way, but more I turned towards my loving fans who chose to embrace me over you. Just as you can say that I am and was jealous of your world titles, I can say that you are jealous of all my adouring fans...you wish you won the viewers choice...but of course you did not! I won the viewers choice and I am going to win it again because the people love me. Anyway, I ended your world title reign, and later you won it back...thanks to me letting you pin me. More fuel to the fire. Then we main evented the PPV a few weeks ago, and you pinned El Oso. max, you cannot pin me unless I let you. I let you pin me because I had nothing to lose or gain, so essentially it mattered not who won. But now there will be no letting you pin me, cause I have something to fight for. I have everything to fight for. Not only the ICW World Title, but also my millions.......c'mon, and millions....of Big Al Stud fans to fight for. We have the history part down for this. Friendship for so long thrown away by both of us for the one thing that both of us can never have, the World Title. It all climaxes Friday Night in the squared circle. This match has every essential tool to make for a classic match, and maybe the best FNR match ever...but only Max can decide along with me on how great the match is. It just matters how long he can survive before he gets hooked with the Devastation Device or slapped into the studder step. The longer he avoids them, the better the match is...but I am going for the kill, I've already had classics nominated for Global Awards.
Big Al Stud:
So I have confessed that I think this match could easily become a classic in ICW history, but that is not really all that relevant. What is really relevant is the outcome of the match, because thats all that will matter the next day when max and I battered and bruised...neither of us can walk...its only going to matter who won the match and who has the belt sitting right by their hospital bed. I really want that belt, I would venture to say that I want it even more than max Powers wants to keep it and that is part of the reason that I will win. But there is more to say than just I want the belt, I will explain to you all why I want that belt so much. Well for starters it is the ICW World Heavyweight Title. It is the belt that everyone in ICW wants. Everyone is shooting to win this title because it is what you dream of. It is the thing that you dream of when you are a little kid. When you were a kid flopping around on your trampoline with the neighbor kids pretending you were pro wrestlers, you were pretending that you were wrestling for the ICW World Heavyweight Title. Thats what you dreamed of. When you were a teenage hitting the weight room every day and every night, while your friends and family say you were just crazy...you knew what would happen. You told them it would all be worth it when you walked home flaunting one thing, the ICW World Heavyweight Title. When you broke into the industry, you knew you would bust your ass and put on great shows until you finally got your big break, a shot in ICW...then you would move up in the rankings and one day win the ICW World Title. Thats the way all careers are dreamed out. Revolving around someday winning the ICW World Heavyweight Title, and though I have done it before, I want to do it again. I had my chance, but just had a small sliver of the great taste of the gold belt. that little taste only made the craving more intense everyday I didnt have the title, it was just an addiction like cocaine. Now that I have a chance to get that title back, I want it more than anything in the world. I have revolved my whole life around this, and that revolution is comming full circle...and I don't have enough time left for another full circle to come around and get another shot. I want this title badly...right here, right now...I am not leaving Birmingham without the ICW World Title, wether Max or the rest of Main Event, or even Mr. S likes it or not! But just the training and it revolving around that one certain prize is not the only reason I crave that title, and want it so. There are more reasons, and one of them is the history of the ICW World Title. Its gotten to the point that many people have now held the ICW World Title, so just being one of the names to hold it is just not enough in this day and age. I want to move up on that list to one of the people who has held the title more than once in my career. I want my second reign. That is the kind of thing that seperates a Pyro from a Shanghai Kid. It seperates a Caleb Cordes from a Chairsman. It seperates an Ice from a Joe Max. And it seperates a Big Al Stud from a Max Powers. That kind of thing should not hold me down into the back half of the legends of ICW. I need that multiple names to put me up into the ranks of the real greats. The Reapers, the Pyros, the HHHs, the Rages...alright the Reapers, the Pyros and the HHHs anyway. In this day and age winning the ICW World Title once does not say as much as it did back when I first won it. Now you need to have multiple reigns and an impressive reign. Friday Night I will have one of those halves completed, and I will just be starting the journey of the second half. Now for the final reason that I want this title so badly, there is a record that I am persuing. It is a record held by Pyro. No its not the record for holding the ICW World Title an assload of days, that record can wait for someone with a little more title defending success than I have. But this record held by Pyro is the record of holding an amzing twenty four titles. I am well on pace to catch Pyro sooner than many think, but their are other challengers for this quest to dethrown Pyro as the title holding legend. You see Ice and Patrick Webster just passed me up when they won their stables titles and jumped up to 21 titles held, while Reaper and I are still stuck on 20. But soon enough, say Friday Night I will finally get that second world title and then finally get up to 21. The same night as I reach twenty-one, my new stable is going to form. This same stable is going to soon provide me with a great tag team partner and we will soon enough capture both the ICW Tag Team Titles, and the ICW Stables Titles. That will be three titles by the end of the month, and that will rest me comfortably on the 23 mark, just one shy of Pyro's record. I am going to be the man who finally dethrowns Pyro atop his long perch on top of the ICW Title Reigns tower. Soon it will read Big Al Stud atop everyone else statistically, because I am the real Legend of ICW. The Real Legend vs the New Legend will just be the start of it all, Friday Night the real legend will be the one who wins, and then the real legacy will start...The Summer of Stud!!!
