Joan Hall Hovey has been writing professionally for over two decades. Her short stories and articles have appeared in numerous magazines and newspapers including Mystery Scene, The Reader, Seek, Home Life, Secrets, True Confessions, Atlantic Advocate, Fredericton Gleaner and The Toronto Star. She is also a writing instructor, having taught courses at the University of New Brunswick, held workshops at various schools and libraries.
