Christine Da Prat serves as
Vice-President, Sectoral Partnerships at Association Strategy
Group and has established the firm's practice in the area
of project management of sectoral consultative processes
and national HR studies. In this capacity, she draws upon
extensive experience in stakeholder facilitation, the
management of research consultants, survey design, and
data analysis.
Prior to joining Association Strategy Group, Christine
spent over a decade with Human Resources Development Canada
(HRDC) as a Sectoral Analyst. In this capacity, she was
responsible for facilitating national human resources
studies involving industry, labour, educational institutions,
and various levels of government.

She also worked with national
multi-stakeholder committees to undertake the systematic
examination of existing and emerging sectoral human resources
issues and facilitated the development of sector-led solutions
in response to identified challenges. Her work has provided
her with keen insights into the program guidelines and
administrative imperatives under which HRDC operates.
Christine is fluent in French, English, and Italian and
complements her work experience with an MBA from University
of Windsor.
