The daughter of the great Ox King, Chi Chi is the wife of Goku. We meet Chi Chi early in the Dragon Ball series. It's not until the very end of Dragon Ball that she and Goku get married. In Z, Chi Chi is reintroduced as the mother of Gohan. She is very protective of Gohan and makes him study hard to become a famous scholar one day. When Gohan goes off to train and fight the Saiyans, Chi Chi goes nuts. She constantly switches in between fainting and taking heavy artillary to fight the Saiyans herself. She goes through the same thing during the battle against Frieza. While she doesn't really do too much during the series, Chi Chi makes herself known in the series. After the Cell Games, Chi Chi gives birth to Goten and treats him very much like Gohan. When Majin Boo appears on Earth, Chi Chi is taken to Kami's Temple where she and others are discovered and turned into candy for Majin Boo's pleasure. Chi Chi, like the others, are brought back after Boo's death. Poor Chi Chi has had a rough life living with three Super Saiyans. It's a hard life.
