Hercules
Name:"Hercules"
Year/Model:1971 Datsun 240Z
Profile:He wears sleek, smooth curves, yet has an aggressive stance with his rear fender flares and wide rims. He shines with chrome bumpers and window trim, yet has a solid look with his tinted windows. Don't be fooled by his name; although the 240 is the smallest of all Z-car engines, he delivers more power than even the 280 (non-turbo, of course). This is due to the fact that he has higher compression and lower emission standards to meet. Originally he was bright orange. Next he sported an orange and black two-tone outfit. After that, he got a deep burgundy coat. I tried to warn him about the sun, but he wouldn't listen, so he ended up with a "peeling sunburn." Not to worry though, he is now dressed up with fresh strawberry red. Hercules doesn't know it yet, but we've bought him a 280ZX Turbo engine and transmission. Forget about gasoline...he'll be running on 100% pure testosterone!

Xena
Name:"Xena"
Year/Model:1983 Datsun 280ZX
Profile:Just like her muscular boyfriend, Xena carries on the proud tradition of the Datsun Z-car line. For those of you who don't know, this was the last 280ZX, as well as one of the last Z-cars that carried the Datsun name. After 1983, the Datsun 280ZX changed to the Nissan 300ZX, which lasted until 1996. Now that you know your Datsun trivia, I'll tell you more about Xena. When I found her for sale in '96, she had a rusty case of leprosy and a battle wound in the left-rear quarter panel. I saw potential in her, though; she had only 86K miles, and her interior was flawless. For her leprosy, I gave Xena some "Bondo Band-Aids" and a new flashy red jacket. I also gave my graduation present, a Motorsport ground effects kit, to her. Though she looked beautiful with her new look, she hung so low to the ground that it almost looked as if she was sagging (usually an early sign of old age). We couldn't live with that, so I had to give her something to balance out her appearance. I decided to give her something to "perk up" her behind. Within a week, she was wearing her new, home-made air wing. That's right, a custom, made-from-scratch beauty mark. Now when the guys look at the wing on her behind, their chins hit the floor. I've also recently added a cherry bomb, a steering wheel from a 240Z, some window tint, some tinted headlight covers, and some gold accents on the wheels.
