Extra Extra, the GUARD WINS SECTION OF THE YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!

I am soooooooooooooooooo proud of you guys!!!!! I know a lot of you may not understand how much this award means to Mandy and I, but this is just the culimation of four years of busting our asses.  It's true, the first year or so, we sucked. hard. But ever ounce of respect and talent we have now, we earned and fought tooth and nail for.  and a big part of that should be credited to this year's guard.  I'm gonna miss ya'll so much... I already do! *tear* You guys made me smile when I was having a bad day and made me cry when YOU were having bad days :) It's just not going to be the same without you next year.  And besides, can you imagine me as a grown up??? me neither. :)

Well, the season's over, what can we say... it was AWESOME.  Winning Section of the Year, going to Hotlanta, showing our stuff against UT (and might I say, their guard!! :), the Christmas party... Have tons of fun next year for me and I know you guys are going to be awesome!!

The Vanderbilt Colorguard practices MWF 4:15-6:15 at the Music Rehearsal Hall located behind Cooker and Holiday Inn Express on West End Ave, Nashville TN.  Our guard is made up of students from the Nashville area colleges, not just Vanderbilt.  If you are a high school senior planning on attending: Vanderbilt University, Belmont University, David Lipscomb University, Nashville State Tech, Vol State Community, Trevecca Nazrene University, or any Nashville area school of higher learning, please contact us!  Serious inquiries about joining may be directed to Mandy,Kristy, or Dr. Dwayne Sagan at 343-BAND.
