Drummer Ricky Arginelli, comes to the Supersonics from his main band "Sputnix". He lists his hobbies as "Dope, dope, dope".

He's such a drummer.

Subsequent personal engagements meant that Ricky was not able to play on the Supersonics' only recorded output so far, but despite this he remains their full time drummer. Sources close to the band say that they were actually pleased that Ricky was unavailable to record with the band, as they only had to punch the instructions into the drum machine once, thus saving time. Ricky's rapid fire drumming, although well suited to the Supersonics' music, reveals his punk roots (the Sputnix are a razor sharp punk-ska band). Ricky considers his six pack to be the highlight of every Supersonics gig. The fact that he manages to "accidentally" spill water on his shirt just before going on stage (meaning he is forced to remove his shirt), is, of course, mere coincidence.

Embittered by being a dumb blond all his life, Ricky likes to change his hair colour on an almost daily basis. Last year, he dyed it blonde, dyed it black, shaved it all off, and dyed it again. He has an extensive collection of hats.
