This is Peter Parker from another world, who has joined the Weapon X. For you non-readers, they go around righting the wrongs on different planets/alternate universes. If they fail, they are screwed. This Peter Parker is known as the Spider. He has bonded with a symbiote, presumably Carnage. The Symbiote has a lot of influence on him and this guy is a total masochist. He has a bit of a potty mouth, and has killed (many times) before. He doesn't shoot webs, his symbiote has crap come out of his fingertips. It looks like he is more of a brooding type of character.
