Spider-Carnage

While Ben Rielly was Spider-Man he got infected with the Carnage symbiote. It greatly enhanced his strength and speed however, the symbiote caused him to nearly kill Peter Parker and his (Ben's) girlfriend. In the end the Silver Surfer saved him.
