Chapter 17

It was about 2 hours later and the show was over. I had just preformed infront of over 12,000 people and didn’t have a second thought! We headed to the after party. And I can tell, they can throw one hell of a party! There was a dj-in-training, who was part of the crew, and she rocked the house! There was the ususal drinking and dancing, but supposidly, it wasn’t as good as others, according to A.J. But I wouldn’t bet on it, he was pretty drunk. I was about to grab a beer out of Brian’s hand when it occured to me, the hotel room, sex, I could be pregnant. ‘Pregnant,’ the word was stuck in my head. It kept saying itself over and over. “Are you ok, baby?” asked Brian. “Bri, did you ever, did it ever occur to you what happened earlier.” “What happened earlier.” I looked at him strangly. How could he have forgotten already? I have the worst memory in the world, and I still remembered. How could I forget? “Oh. That earlier.” Well, at least he did remember, after forever! “What about it?” “Are you stupid?” “Yes. Just like you.” “I know, but what if I’m.” I trailed off, lost in thought. “Your, yes, go on. What are you talking about Sara?” “What if I’m pregnant?” “I hope so. I’ve always wanted a child with you.” “What about the fans?” “Screw the fans. I only care about one person and that’s you.” “I love you Brian.” “I love you too, baby. Don’t worry, everything’s gonna be ok, ya know?” “Yeah, I know.” It was getting late and the fast paced songs turned into soothing ballads. I sank into Brian’s arms and we started dancing. We got closer and closer and started to kiss when I realized everyone was looking at us. I didn’t care and evedentally, Brian didn’t either cause we were that way til the party ended at 2 a.m. I woke up the next morning with Brian’s sexy arm around my waist. I turned my head and kissed him gently on his forehead. Then I found my way out of that tangle of muscle and made my way to the bathroom. Then I realized, I was on the floor with Brian picking me up. “I’m ok,” I said. “I just got lightheaded that’s all.” “Your not ok and we’re getting you to a doctor.” “Not until you get me to the bathroom first. I’m gonna hurl!” Not wanting any of that on him, he raced to the bathroom. Just in time, I threw up in the toilet. “You know what? I bet cha it’s mornin’ sickness.”
