Way way way back in the day I had a tiny drumset, then it was on to an old piano my dad refinished, and then onto the keyboard that put me in the band, however, as far as basses go: First came the Dan Electro longhorn blue swede bass off e-bay, but it requires such thin strings because of tiny tuners so I rarely used it, then I had to sell that. Then there is the black Vantage left handed P-bass knock-off that have re-strung to a right handed. I have added a Hum bucker at the neck and a J-Bass Pickup at the bridge with individual Volume knobs and a master Tone for easy manual control thus giving it an awesome sound, but I have recently loaned that out. Next I bought a red Hohner Acoustic/Electric Bass. Then I added a candy apple red Fender Precision Bass with telecaster knobs to my aresenal. Recently I acquired na Univox Hi-Flyer Bass and an Univox Beatle Bass Copy both in three-tone sunburst, but I was yet again short of funds and had to sell them, however, the Beatle Bass is in Tom Wagner's band. I had a Fender P from 1975 in three-tone sunburst, but I traded that beauty for my newest bass, a Rickenbacker 4003 black bass guitar. As per guitars; I have a Squire strat with a Floyd Rose(PITA) and then a nice old hollow body Harmony that Stubby gave me.
My Amplification
I once used an Epiphone bass amp I got off e-bay for a bass head to run a 3x15 Kustom cab, for a time I used a 400 watt Peavy head to push my 2x15 bass cab I made and a 1x15 that used to be part of a Kustom 100 watt combo, but alas my old roommates friends blew two out of three speakers and I had to sell the head to pay rent. Then I used to run the nonpowered output to a 250 watt Peavey Combo amp and/or my Ampeg 100 Rocket 1x15 Bass Amp. Sometimes I also use a 250 watt Kustom Head. Now for a much better sound I use my DynaComp Compression pedal, through my Kustom by Ross Cascade sparkle 2x15 bass cab with matching 200 series head. Also for home experimentation I have a Crybaby Bass Wah. I had a Dan O Wah, but another casualty of a month without a job. I also have and OD-2 pedal which I use for the guitar going through my Kustom, blue sparkle, Hustler amp. Of course for PA I have 2 o.g. Black Kustom towers with the matching 300 series head, then 2 more Kustom 1970's towers, 2 peavey short towers, and lastly 2 Kustom 90's monitors.
My Musical influences
Everything from Jimi Hendrix to Buddy Holly to Run DMC to Corporate Avenger. If it's got the beat or a message it's for me.
The First Gig
I recall back in the day when we first really formed that we were asked to play Iffy's sister's girl scout lock-in we agreed until they asked for teenage girlish stuff after we played a hendrix tune. We then just left but ended up waiting for a ride for an hour because none of us were old enough to drive. Then there's the infamous Buddy Holly's That'll Be The Day playing at the high school in which we excited the entire audience, even though the song had been forced on us at the last minute and we were without a drummer and i had to play good enough for two basses, as our equipment carrying technition faked it. Then we left school for 1hour and a half to take gear home and once we returned all the chicks wanted our signatures.

Wheels
Amazingly no longer a 1990 Geo Storm with a messed up muffler and other stuff. I had fixed up an 1988 Corolla for my friend Christopher Ross, but he and his girl had a baby so I came upon a nice Saturn wagon and traded him back the wagon for the corolla, seeing as he is my bro. However, the corolla got stolen, by "friends" of my old roommates, and now I have a 2005 Chevy Cobalt with 4 twelves in the trunk so I feel like I'm Front Row Center in my car. I also have a 1985 Ford LTD Crown Vic Wagon that I use for Karate class with a 5.8L 351 V8 inside that is soon to be customized. I also own an 1989 International School Bus that I use for bands and parties seeing as it has couches and a pimpin' sound system.
Wanted Wheels
I wish I had a shelby cobra, a Volks Wagon bus Deluxe model, or perhaps a vista cruiser with a 454 flat head engine.
