Chapter One

“Good thing Ash isn’t home.” Jacob Underwood said as Erik Estrada sat down beside him on the couch.

“Why?” Erik asked.

“Check out who’s on MTV.” Jacob said.

Erik looked at the TV to see ashoulder length dark brown haired, dark brown eyed, tan skinned, 5’7” 19 yearold girl that O-Town knew very well a year ago. It was Crystal Williams, Ashley Angel’s ex-girlfriend. She was in a new girl group managed by LouPearlman, called Fairy Dust. Her oldercousin Kelleigh Williams was in the group also. Kelleigh had shoulder length dark brown hair, dark brown eyes,lightly tanned skin and was about 5’11”. She was 20 and looked just likeC rystal. Then there was three other members that Jacob and Erik had never seen. Blake James, a girl with shoulder length blond hair, blue eyes, paleskin, and was about 5’7”. She was 20 too. Alisa Johnson, a girl with long light brown hair, blue eyes, tan skin, and was about 5’8”. She was 20 almost 21. Then there was Rayna Lawson, a girl with longcurly red hair, blue eyes, pale skin, and was about 5’9”. She was 19 almost 20. “Yeah, he’d be going nuts.” Erik joked. “Turn up the TV so we can hear her.”

“Wuz up!!!!” Crystal said looking at the camera. “If you’re just tuning in you’re watching A Day In The Life Of A Fairy. You just saw what BJ, Kel, and Lisa do on their days off. Now you getto check out what Ray and I do. That is if I can find Rayna. We’re shopping if you haven’t figured it out yet. She was right here a minute ago, but now she’s gone. Maybe she’s in here.” Crystal walked into a store and found Rayna. Their day went on with themshopping, eating lunch, going by the studio to finish up some stuff and then to Kelleigh’s where the girls were going to answer some questions.

“We’re back! Thought ya got reed of us, wrong!” Alisa said.

“We’re at Kel’s house and she’s going to tell you what we’re about to do.” Rayna said.

“OK, well over the last two weeks we’ve been reading all of our fan mail, and we picked out about 20 letters that had questions in them, then we’ve got a few phone calls, and e-mails. So Chris what’s the first question?” Kelleigh asked.

“This is an e mail from a girl namedBeth in New York. She asks, what do wemiss the most about our normal lives?” Crystal asked. “SLEEP!”

“True and having time to do the thingswe love, like sleep.” Rayna joked. The show went on with them answering questions and it ended just as Ashley walked in. Jacob turned the TV off and looked at Ashley. “Wuz up bud?” Jacob asked.

“Nothing, Lou said that we’re going on tour with some group name Fairy Dust, ever heard of them?” Ashley asked.

Jacob looked at Erik and laughed.

“Yeah they’re a girl group. They’re good from what we’ve heard of their music.” Erik answered.

“OK, just checking. Me, Dan, and Trev are going to get something to eat, want to come?” Ashley asked.

“Sure, hold on a sec.” Jacob said.

Kelleigh looked overat the entrance just as Jacob, Erik, Ashley, Trevor Penick, and Dan Miller walked in. She quietly turned her cousin’s head away before she saw Ashley. “What is your problem?” Crystal asked jerking away.

“Nothing, I just thought you wouldn’t want to see who just walked in.” Kelleigh said.

“Who?” Crystal asked looking at Ashley. “Oh, how wonderful this is. I’m suddenly not hungry anymore.”

“We haven’t even got our food.” Blake said.

“I was playing. God I wish that boy would fall off the plant and just think, three months with him. I’m might have to kill Lou for this one.” Crystal said.

“Chris, just over look him and have a good time.” Alisa said.

“I know.” Crystal said.

“What is she doing here?” Ashley asked looking at his ex-girlfriend.

“It’s a free country, she can eat here.” Dan said.

“Great, I don’t think I’m hungryanymore.” Ashley said. “Suit yourself, we’ll just eat your part.” Erik said. The rest of the time the guys ate and Ashley sat there. Since he didn’t eat he had to go pay. As he walked up, sodid Crystal. They ran right into each other.

“Wonderful, now I’m going to have to burn this shirt and I really liked it too.” Crystal said.

“Nice to see you too.” Ashley said.

“For you maybe.” Crystal said handing the guy a twenty.

“Will, get off the bitch wagon.” Ashley said.

“It’s Crystal.” Crystal said.

“Whatever.” Ashley said as she walked off.

“I take you two know each other.” The man said taking his twenty.

“Wish we didn’t.” Ashley said.

“Can you believe his nerve, talking to me.” Crystal said.

“You two broke up a year ago.” Rayna said.

“And I told him never to talk to me again.” Crystal said.
