Hadn't posted in a while
Mood:  a-ok
Now Playing: Running for Famous - The Primaries
I hadn't posted in a while that is a shame. I have been very busy. I am running for Portage Township Trustee. The election is three weeks away.

I am still helping Monroe. I am not getting to far if anywhere at all, but maybe all of my efforts will blossom at once. Monroe still doesn't need my help. He has a lot of things in the fire.

I just adopted another unit. These folks are from Indiana. They are at FOB DUKE in Iraq. I mailed them out a box of Junk Food. I read a letter that they do not have a PX and really need some goodies.

Mood:  lucky

I have two drawings that has a signature of "Heeley". I was wondering if anyone knew if Desmond Heeley of this board, could of ever created these? (written on IMDb post)

One is titled, "Lorenzo The Merchant of Venice." It is of a man holding a coat. It is a pencil & ink drawing, colored with marker and maybe stamps? It has material cut and glued on the sleeves of the shirt the man is wearing, with a notation, "Sleeves doubled open at the back & laced. They are two pieces of material marked "back" and the other "double". The next notation is, "Entire jacket based on the beige & green Damask. Velvet Jersey tights." It is signed Heeley '70.

The other is in ink, pencil and watercolor. It is of a woman wearing party mask, holding an arbor of flowers. It is titled "The Taming of the Shrew" an actress. Signed, Heeley '73.

I had searched for info, and had some intriguing references, but I couldn't find anything concrete.

I know it you are here from the IMDb you can find out anything.

Keeping Blog Public
Mood:  mischievious
Now Playing: By(e) Now
Topic: Monroe Mann
Well, this morning I made my blog private. I thought about it for a while and I decided to make it public again. I am honest, and I do not write anything that will get me divorced, so... what the hell... The Movie Addict, I guess has a link to one of my blogs, I am not sure if it is this one, or another, I couldn't find out. My ISP had been banned from that forum. I will though, I just need to get back to work to another PC.. LOL! Why? Who cares? If you are here from that link...Thank you. I am really a nobody, but for some reason, I guess, I have reached my own fame, thank you, Movie Addict, aka Giorgio, & IMDb peanut gallery...lol, only in America. If you are here from that link... I know you have questions.... I had answered them before on the Monroe Mann board of the IMDb, but ...you know.... you reported me...lol...still laughing about that one.

Well, lets' see.

First....I have never met Monroe, as of yet...but I do expect "to meet him at the top!" (really soon!)

I am not Monroe.
I am not his mom.
I am real... TY Foreign Films Supreme, for verifying that.

2. I came to know Monroe from e-mail, looking for my nephew in Iraq, he was so kind to answer me.

2.a. Note to the IMDb post. Yes, I found my nephew. He is now safe at home, thank you, but you probably know that though.

3. I do have a VIP copy of his book...I was surprised that you all did not know that it had been released to the press. Just to let you know... Monroe did thank all of you in paragraph 2 of his Acknowledgments.

4. I know a really big secret, but I will let Monroe announce that soon. I can't wait til that news hits the board. I wish I could watch all of the "haters" jaws drop.

Please...feel free to comment. LOL!

My Saint Christopher medal is back!
Mood:  happy
Now Playing: Crazy Morning
Bob & Patricia came into town. Robert gave them my Saint Christopher medal to give back to me. I sent it to him with my first care package to Iraq, and I told him I wanted it back when he got home. Robert is home, and my medal is back on my neck, close to my heart. Thank God, Robert is home safe.

First entry
Mood:  chillin'

Greetings: --

Here is your horoscope for today::

This could turn into quite the enjoyable day -- if you don't mind stress, that is. And while you'd probably never admit to it (at least, not unless you're under duress), you find stress motivational. Oh, and look -- here comes some now.

My adopted soldier is home
Mood:  happy
I am so happy to hear that a soldier I had adopted is home from Iraq. His name is Monroe Mann. I was goofing around in July or August looking for info on my nephew Robert, when I ran acrossed the address of Monroe who at that time was stationed at the same FOB. Monroe is a bright young man, with an incredible future ahead of him. I wish him all the luck in the world, but I don't think he will need it. He has such drive and wisdom for a young man. I look forward to bragging to my friends that I had corresponed with Monroe before he became famous.

Feeling better today
Mood:  a-ok

I feel much better today...LOL! Nothing like a great night at the bowling alley to get your mind off of shit. I bowled a 220 the first game..I won the $5 pot LOL! from Dean Eitel...I beat him out of a $3 pot last week so two weeks in a row was sweet. I teased him about it too. The other two games blew chunks though. But the beer was cold, and not too much of a hang over today. I think I am a little mental though, I get addicted to stuff. I have gotten addicted about the war. Supporting the troops. Reading about Iraq and coalition casualities every day. I found this website: Anysoldier.com. I found that I am a support junkie. I have all the symptoms. I do tend to go overboard though. I guess that is a symptom also. LOL! I still hadn't heard from Robert. God keep him safe, he only has 11 days to go in Iraq.
