All is calm
Beside the sea
All is peaceful
If only for me
The tide washes... Away the tears
The wind blows... Away the fears
The seas salty air... Caresses my skin
I taste the bits of sand
As I deeply breathe it in
The crashing waves, my peaceful song
I open up my mouth....
And begin to sing along
I smile slightly...
I reach for the sea
As if she belonged...
To me, and only me
I gasp at the water
As it chills my very soul
When hurting...hurting...
to the sea
Is where I go.
