My Previous Layouts

Layout One: My Never-Ending Reveries
This was the first page I ever made, created on aol personal publisher. It was just a bunch of quotes that linked to my other pages. Nothing too fancy.

Layout Two: Sapphire Skies
I created the images for this layout by hand and my brother scanned them online for me. The layout was clouds on both sides of the page dictating what each section (cloud) stood for.

Layout Three: Celestial Sprinklings

I created this layout using paint on the computer. The navigation was a drop down menu with a really simple frame set-up as well.

Layout Four: Hidden from View

The title of this layout was "Hidden from View...find the real you." The layout featured images I modified from one of my favorite television shows, "Felicity". The content was I think the best I have ever had because it contained a slew of quizzes and activities that visitors could take and do in order to learn more about themselves. I put a great deal of time, effort and thought into this layout. The background was black and gray and you had to click on a letter from the letters in the words "Hidden" and "View" to explore the different pages.

Layout Five: It's up to you...New York!

I was inspired to create this layout by viewing another girl's new york layout page and because I love NY! I had images of new york on the left hand side that made links appear on the bottom of the page, and from there you could explore the different pages within each of the different sections. I used a lot of javascript for this layout and it took me quite a while to do everything for the layout.

Layout Six: Under the Surface

This layout featured a picture of Jennifer Aniston and I made up the title by combining Dave Matthew's "Under the table and dreaming" cd title and Sarah McLachlan's "Surfacing" cd. I explored the different sides of myself in this layout.

Layout Seven: Yesterday

I worked on this one when I was very unhappy and going through a depression thing. I was thinking about all the yesterdays that I've had and how there will always be a "yesterday" no matter what. I was also listening to the Beatles then too, go figure.

Layout Eight: Drifting

I decided to title this layout "Drifting" because I think I've drifted many times since I posted my last webpage online. I was really unhappy in my last layout and this layout was my way of saying that I've broken out of that depression mold.

Layout Nine: Can you become...A NEW version of you?

Initially I was going to do several different layouts, before I came up with this one. I wanted to do a tribute thing because this is layout 9 by doing a "Love Potion #9" theme, but that fell through. Then I made a bunch of images for a layout called "Emo~tions", because I had that song by Destiny's Child & The BeeGees in my head, but that didn't turn out how I expected either. I recently found out that my favorite tv show, "Felicity" will be ending this summer and that is the best show I have ever watched which is why I am upset about it being over soon. I dedicated this layout to the show "Felicity" and I will probably make an even better tribute webpage to the show sometime this coming summer. The title is the title of the "Felicity" theme song and it fits where I'm at in my life to a tee. I know I already did a "Felicity" layout before, but it's a really awesome show which really inspires me.

Layout Ten: Escape!

I made this layout over spring break and it just served as a kind-of relaxational/scenic layout.

Layout Eleven: THESE Days

"THESE Days" (layout 11) came about because it is the title of a song by Bonjovi as well as the title of one of his CD's. I called it "THESE Days" because I had been reflecting on the days I had spent at home since I ended school and I wanted to title one of my other layouts "THESE Days" but it didn't seem to fit as well as it did to this layout.

Layout Twelve: The Lady in Red

I thought to myself about which color I had not used a lot of in my previous layouts and landed upon the color red. I decided a layout with the red color theme would give off a nice romantic, sweet tone and I thought of the song "Lady in Red" by Chris DeBurgh which is one of my favorite songs. That is how this particular layout came to be. I also found an image of a lady from a beauty pageant wearing a red dress (lady in red) which inspired the layout as well. The lady i wearing a tiara so I found an image of a tiara and modified that into a background as well. Sparkle on!
