The information you find here, is to provide you with some knowlwdge on how you may care or prevent these conditions from beginning or continuing to take over your life.  Conditions like carpal tunnel syndrome and back or neck problems can be treated with massage, however it is important to do your part in healing yourself.  You will see that in addition to massage, exercise and stretching plays an important role in improving your physical health.  The listed conditions are often associated with occupational repetitive stress injury.  Also, I have included some of the key stretches & exercises that will improve these problems.
