The Benefits of Massage

Massage can help release chronic muscular tension, increase joint flexibility, reduce mental and physical stress, promote faster healing of injured muscular tissue, improve posture and reduce blood pressure. Before your first session, please print out and complete the sheet and present it to me upon your arrival.  This will save you time.

 

I have provided information here, to give you a better understanding of massage.  I have included a brief history of massage, common questions, instructions on home care, a list of types of massage (see Modalities), and some reasons why massage may not be right for you (see Contraindications).  See ‘About Me’ for information about me.
