Restless Leg Syndrome

Restless Leg Syndrome is a sensorimotor disorder characterized by an intense urge to move the legs and sometimes other parts of the body. RLS is triggered by rest or inactivity and it's symtoms are temporarily relieved or supressed by movement. It follows a circadian pattern with symptoms most intense in the evening and nighttime hours. This hypnotic session incorporates direct suggestion, imagery, NLP, and several release techniques that help to facilitate positive change.
