I can't prove my case There's no second base I think I'm misunderstood My point is like a block of wood I wish people were more understanding these days Instead I get things the hard way I try my best to exceed in happiness But every time I try to prove myself, it turns into a mess Don't punish me until you get the story straight How you gonna put me on the spot without hearing my debate? You say I'm wrong without listening to my side of the story And you look at your accusations as some kind of pride and glory No matter what, you always seem to make me look like the liar And you got me heated like an Aries on fire Wake up and smell the coffee, do you really think I'm that much of a dummy? Don't you think I deserve a chance to make myself clear? I mean, if you give me time to explain, I bet I'll prove myself innocent from the past 3 years Don't get it twisted. I'm not saying that I'm always right But I'm tired of always losing when I'm not able to give a fight I give you nothing but props for wanting to look out for me But you gotta justify your thoughts for the person you think I'm sought out to be And sometimes everyone deserves their own privacy
