Thank you!

The Memorial Society is an association of people from all walks of life, who respect the need for a simple, dignified alternative to the elaborate and costly funeral services promoted by the conventional funeral industry.

IF YOU BELIEVE
that the money spent on elaborate funerals could be spent more wisely
IF YOU PREFER
a funeral which is simple and reasonably priced rather  than a conventional expensive one
IF YOU AGREE
that is it better to make plans in advance and put them in writing while they can be discussed free from emotional stress
IF YOU WANT
the sense of security and peace of mind which comes from making such plans
THEN
make the decision to join a memorial society.

Members fill out a designation form, and choose one of our contracted  funeral homes. We recommend that copies of the designation form are made and given to family members, so everyone is aware of your decisions. The form is returned to our office, where it is recorded in our files, and lastly it is sent to the funeral home of your choice. Changes can be made at any time. At the time of death, your wishes are on record, and your family is not pressured to make choices.
The biggest benefit is the peace of mind you gain from knowing that, by putting your affairs in order now, you will be saving your family some hasty and painful decisions involving a large amount of money, at a time when they are emotionally unprepared to make rational choices.
