1. YOUR SITE MUST BE ANIME RELATED

2. YOU MUST BE A FRIENDLY WEBMASTER

3. YOUR SITE MUST NOT HAVE ANY PORN ect...

4. IF YOU HAVE MSN MESSENGER THEN YOU MUST ADD ME TO IT
