This Pomeranian puppy is being sold for the price of $___________. Deposits are non-refundable. In addition, all expenses for preparation to ship plus shipping expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. The breeder must receive full payment by 9 weeks of age.

This Pomeranian is being sold as a family pet with limited AKC registration papers. The new owner will spay or neuter this Pomeranian before 6 months of age. Proof of spay/neuter must be received by the breeder before the puppy turns 7 months old or a $2000 fine will be charged and no akc registration papers will be given. This will be enforced.

The new owner has 48 hours from the date of sale to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian of their own choice, at their own expense. If the vet exam reveals that the puppy is diseased or has a genetic defect, the buyer must contact the breeder on the day of the office visit. The puppy must be returned to the breeder within 96 hours along with a written statement from the attending vet as to the health problem, for a replacement puppy when one becomes available. Replacement is the only option. Returning the puppy will be at the buyer's expense. There is no guarantee against accidents. No veterinary bills will be paid by the breeder.

It is agreed that at no time will the owner sell or give this puppy to a pet store, a puppy mill operation, a dog pound, a dog broker, or any similar enterprise. In the event that the owner needs to find a new home for the puppy, the breeder should be contacted for possible assistance.

This Pomeranian is sold with no warranties, either expressed or implied in an “as is” condition with no guarantees other than those stated herein. All payments are non-refundable. This contract is entered into in the State of Michigan and will be interpreted and enforced under the laws of the State of Michigan in Delta County. This contract represents the entire agreement between the parties. No other agreements or promises, verbal or implied are included unless specifically stated herein. When breeder and buyer execute this contract, it will be binding upon both parties, subject and pursuant to the terms and conditions herein.

Having read the above, and with full understanding of the contents herein, I willingly enter into this agreement.
