We understand that choosing a career path is not always easy and that for most
people there is not one right job but several jobs they could do and enjoy.
It is our mission to assist you in determining an appropriate career path by
matching your special talents, knowledge, personality style, work values
and skills to a number of suitable job options from which you can select.

How do we help you achieve these aims?

1. AN INITIAL ASSESSMENT SESSION
    of approximately 4.5 hours duration involving;

A. APTITUDE TESTING
You will undertake a series of Aptitude Tests such as Spatial Ability, Mechanical Ability
etc. the results of which will be used to generate an individualised profile.
The individualised profile, when considered in conjunction with your interests, personality style, work values and academic achievements etc., will assist us in determining an appropriate career path for you.

B. INTEREST INVENTORY
This inventory will highlight your level of interest on a number of work related activities.

C. PERSONALITY STYLES QUESTIONNAIRE
Results on this questionnaire will assist in matching your personality style to appropriate work environments.

D. WORK VALUES QUESTIONNAIRE
Your responses on this questionnaire will determine those work values, which are most important to you.

2. INDIVIDUAL FEEDBACK SESSION
     (of approx 1.5 hour duration).
During this session your assessment findings, including your personal profile, will be discussed with you, together with a range of suitable career options.  Emphasis will be placed on practical ways for you to enter any of those careers in which you are interested.

3. REPORT
After the feedback session a report summarising assessment findings together with suitable
career alternatives, will be mailed to you.

This service is suitable for school leavers as well as for those who are considering a career change.

Our service also provides job interview preparation (through use of role play etc) as well as assistance in resume writing and letters of application.
