Banners of Praise: Prophetic Arts

Mrs. Carla R. Williams is the Founder, President and CEO of Banners of Praise Ministries, a prophetic arts ministry that believes Jesus Christ is Lord. Through her prophetic calling as a Minstrel Prophetess, the Lord has ordained her to bring prophetic worship to the body of Christ.

Carla has served in several ministerial capacities since youth. Most recently, she was called to the office of the prophetess, and is presently being used by the Lord to bring prophetic words of deliverance, hope, and healing to the body of Christ. Carla's calling as a Minstrel Prophetess is in cultivation as a prophetic intercessor, psalmist, and dance worshipper.

Carla has been in leadership in various Christian organizations. Since 1999, Carla has been on the Executive Board for Prophetic Life Ministries, a prophetic/apostolic ministry called to raise, train and equip the body of Christ in their ministry callings. She is a Pastor in this ministry whom the Lord has used to bring ministry direction as well as the words of good counsel to leadership and members alike. More recently, she has been actively used in leadership for a Christian women's organization, Aglow International of Detroit, Michigan , as a Praise and Worship Director.

Carla earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from Bethune-Cookman College, Daytona-Beach, Florida. Carla's also received a Master's Degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Michigan and is presently serving as a Program Management Engineer for the Tank-automotive & Armaments Command-Research, Development and Engineering Center (TARDEC) in Warren, Michigan. Carla is married to Dennis Williams and they have one son - Dennis III.
