Test new equipment on the network and give reports on how the school can or can not benefit from it. Install new servers in classrooms and connected them to the network. Setup Active Directory with group policies and worked with profiles. Provide sound advice based on experience and knowledge concerning upgrades.

Computer Technician

August 2000 to August 2002 - Hinds Community, Raymond, MS - Provided on site support to end users on five of the Hinds six campuses. Configured Windows 95/98/NT workstations and 2000 Professional to connect to the Hinds network. Did troubleshooting on connection issues, hardware/software issues, and also removed viruses.
