Configured Windows 95/98/NT workstations and 2000 Professional to connect to the Hinds network. Did troubleshooting on connection issues, hardware/software issues, and also removed viruses. Installing hardware and software on location or transported the computer back to the office to resolve the issue or issues of computer. Configured and connect Mac pcs to NT domain.

February 2000 to July 2000 - Wireless Teknologies, LLC, Jackson, MS - Senior technician responsible for installing wireless solutions into existing and non-existing networks. Installed both PCI and ISA adapters into towers and pcmcia cards into laptops computers. Configured all wireless computers to connect to existing wired or wireless networks. Kept accurate records of installed equipment and network configuration. Provided technical support to end users of both wired and wireless topologies. Performed site survey to insure that all computers would receive the best possible signal from the access point.

Completed daily written reports and analysis of test mission outcome and comparison to set parameters previously noted and expected. Worked with equipment easily valued above several million dollars which included radios and vehicles.
