THE BULLDAWGS MISSION:

MVBulldawgs goal and mission is to create a football program that will change the attitude of this league that the Magic Valley has no powerhouse team. The MVBulldawgs football program has been underestimated and considered as just a par team. We aim to change this attitude and the persona of our program. The measures we have taken in our recruiting and coaching staff have already made a statement and established our team as a defensive and offensive threat. Our improved football program has made the statement to RMFL that - We are the ‘MAGIC’ Valley Bulldawgs! One Team - One Effort! Representing this Valley, our Family and Sponsors with the pride and professionalism for which we stand for in this great State of Idaho! This league has created an opportunity for men to pursue and to achieve that burning desire in every football player, and that is to be a CHAMPION. Our mission is to earn that title of AA Champions! The MVBulldawgs football program can achieve this title, and we can do so playing this great game of Football. Great things can happen, but no one will give it to us and we can not take it. We have to earn it.......

THANK YOU TO ALL OF MY BULLDAWGS FOR OUR HARD FOUGHT AND WELL DESERVED 1ST ROUND PLAY-OFF SPOT IN GREAT FALLS. WE FELL SHORT BUT CAN CHALK IT UP TO A LEARNING EXPERIENCE AND LOOK FORWARD TO THE 2009 SEASON WHERE WE PROGRESS EVEN MORE AND TAKE THE AA CROWN NEXT SEASON.

The Bulldawgs football team will be holding its first Pre-Season practice this Saturday at 4:00 pm. This is a light, no-pad practice in shorts and cleats.

Bill Sermon
Defensive Coordinator Was given a lifetime achievement award for his dedication, to not only the Bulldawgs, but to the game of football. Bill has given the last 18 years of his life to living in pads and cleats.

After a great high school career as running back, he went on to college at Ricks as a defensive back and was part of a national championship team. He then continued on to Idaho State University where he finished his prestigious college career. He then moved back home to Idaho Falls where he couldn’t give up the game and played in the RMFL for the Idaho Falls Mustangs. He made noise and was the most feared DB in the league. Now team-mate and long-time Bulldawg veteran of the RMFL Lonnie Edwards will attest to the fact that the hardest hit of his career would go to Bill. To his team-mates and players, he is known as "Gramps" Bill has proven over the years that he is one of the best players this sport has produced in a long time.

In commemoration of his effort, skill and heart, last night 5/31/08 the Magic Valley Bulldawgs have officially retired the - # 8 – to remember what “Gramps” Bill Sermon has done for this organization and the ‘Game’ of football.

Congratulations Bill!
