You thought you knew all the " Urban Legands"didnt you? A new one was born on May 27, 1989.Urban legand has rapped alomst all of his life. Taking the past 3 years very professionaly. He may be the next "Legend" in the making. Born in Dayton,Ohio Brian Gibson aka Urban Legand saw many influences come out of his city. One of the bigget being the Dayton Family. This inspired Urban to try and become one of his city's best. He then began to start rapping. He was seven years old. His first rhymes started out with words such as cat and gat. Who would've thought that this same rapper would have one of the best rhyme shcemes in his area. 4 years later Hip Hop became not just words but a way of life. He began making up to 3 songs a day. He took rap very seriously. His determination is one of the main reasons he got signed. In 2003, he signed with independent label XiP. XiP consists of 7 rappers. The label collapsed after not getting anywhere big. Urban is currently workin on gettin himself signed to a big label and releasing his debut cd entitled "Legends are made of..." Urban Legand has done many gigs and has opened for some of today's hottest hip hop acts. He has performed in front of extremely large crowds which has resulted in a extravegant fan base. His fan base ranges in many parts of Ohio but is mostly based in the Dayton area. His past accomplishments are not satisfying for Urban Legand though. The hunger and desire to do more is driving him to do better things with his hip hop career and the future is looking bright for this young star.
