From an early age, Tyrone has loved theatre... If it meant dragging the family into the living room for his "original" shows at age 5 or writing and staging an original musical during his senior year in high school, Tyrone has always sought to reach people through performing arts.
He began studying Suzuki violin when he was 4 years old, and started singing shortly thereafter. Tyrone was an original member of the Wilmington Boys Choir and travelled in the states and abroad with the group singing the repetoire of such composers as G. Faure, F. Handel, and B. Britton.

It was a school arts program that introduced him to dance and the freedom of expression it allowed...
Between local theatre productions, dance concerts, and occasional film work, Tyrone was exposed to an array of performance experiences. It was after seeing a production of the musical THE WIZ at age 8 that he got the musical theatre bug.
After moving to Buffalo, NY, Tyrone's interests were suddenly tapped with new opportunities and experiences. In his junior year of high school Tyrone had the opportunity to perform as a Resident Chorus Member of the Greater Buffalo Opera Company (under the direction of Gary Burgess).
The season included performances of AIDA, LA BOHEME, and SEMELE...the previous summer he had performed in a production of BIG RIVER at Studio Arena Theatre (Buffalo).

A passion for theatre has led Tyrone to various performance opportunities and has afforded him the opportunity to meet incredible people and do incredibly rewarding work.

"God is good!"
