As the final curtain falls on Starlight Express www.angelfire.com/musicals/stagedoor celebrates the long- running musical.
Webworld has been told of the local girl who creates the site, bringing the joy of 'StEx' to fans everywhere.
Alice is a student at Kingston University and suffers from ME. But despite being ill for the past six years she updates the sight in fastidious detail, makes fantastic costumes based around the show's wardrobe and co-ordinates international fan meetings.
Alice is, of course, a big fan of Starlight Express and says the site contains: 'all the little bits and pieces I find out about the show."
She urges her visitors to "Nose around for lots of useless facts and pictures that will interest those who know the show!"
The site is being moved to MSN homepage, due to a few technical hitches, but when we checked it out, we were not disappointed.
There's information on the current cast and the actors involved. There are reviews, gossip, pictures of the cast and their costumes, exclusive backstage photos and images of "one of the most amazing pieces of set ever!".
The most insane part of the site could be the section dedicated to the fans who dress up as their favourite trains and then skate around hitting each other with various objects!
They meet up to go see StEx in their full regalia.
Alice clams that this part of the site shows off her hard work and explains how she does it.
She hopes others will be inspired by her Star-lit fashions and says "go for it, it's fun, and very rewarding!"
