Dream Live 1: Backstage
Before the concert begins, backstage footage is shown, exclusive to the DVD. The backstage supplement material is not only hilariously entertaining, but well worth the time to screen-cap. Enjoy.
Tsuchiya Yuichi, AKA Tuti, arrives at the arena.
And here we have Takigawa Eiji (Tezuka's actor) and Endou Yuya (Ryoma's actor) arriving. I find it ironic that Endou wears a hat even when he's not cosplaying Echizen XD
Aoyama Sota and Gomoto Naoya, Inui and Kaidoh, respecitively, arrive at the arena.
The rest of the musical arrivees didn't turn out great in the screencapping process, so we'll just skip over those and get to some more interesting pictures, ne?

While trying to film something for the DVD, Kaidoh and Echizen (covered up in this shot) find themselves interrupted by Inui, who jumps in front of the camera to say what is perhaps the most important thing that could be said at the time: "Ya-ba-da-ba-du!" And yes, that is really what is happening here...I'm not making that up.
Moriyama Eiji (Momo) tries to cue Endou to do something (what, I'm not sure...). Endou, however, just stares at him cluelessly.
MoriEiji's second attempt is foiled by Konishi Hiroki, who portrays Ibu Shinji.
This is what MoriEiji's cueing manages to produce--whether or not this was the original intent is better left to someone who understands Japanese completely.
Ibu Shinji approaches the Seigaku team silently, and leaves without saying a word. Here, we see the aftermath--Kaidoh extending a hand of welcome out to the rival player, while Eiji looks on with a dirty look (haha...Nagayan XD)

Shinji approaches the group again, this time because he caught all of them trying to imitate his singing.
He goes into a corner to sing to himself.

I pointed out the device because of this shot--Momo asking Eiji what the heck was in his hair.

Several cast members in the process of trying to de-pants Kimeru. They are possibly trying to answer the question of whether or not Kimeru is really male...
Abe/Taka-san, after the show, thanking the viewers for watching. Check out the suit--every man should own one of those suckers..
And every man should get a tie like Tezuka's here, to wear with their aqua-plaid suit modeled by Taka.
OMG! TUTI IS GOING TO BE EATEN!! T_T Or just attacked by Nagayan. Because his suit is shiny or something. This is the alternative suit to Taka's. If you guys don't own a suit like one of those, there's something wrong with you. I mean, come on...get some fashion sense or something.
When you're not dressing up, outfits like the ones the two non-Regular Freshman are sporting are ideal.

Abe helping Endou get rid of some of thsoe last minute performance jitters. This concert was the first time that Endou would take on the role of Ryoma.
