  • STAGE MANAGER....POSITION OPEN!

    Who will be our stage manager for CINDERELLA? If you would like be the stage manager or work on the stage crew to make sure sets, props, and pumpkins all come together, please e-mail Debra or JoAnn at theduke@houston.rr.com. If you have ever worked on a stage crew or been in a musical or play, or just want to learn on the job, we would like to hear from you if you.

  • SET CONSTRUCTION/DESIGN....POSITIONS FILLED!

    TIM MUELLER will be in charge of the set construction crew this year. JILL AUFILL will be working with Tim on set design. Tim will then direct the rest of us in the actual construction of the set. Thanks Tim!

  • HOUSE MANAGER, USHERS, TICKET SELLERS, TICKET TAKERS, and CONCESSIONS...

    If you would like to help out with "managing the house," please see Debra or JoAnn. We need people to help seat patrons, as all tickets will be Reserved Seating this year, take tickets at the door, sell tickets on the night of each performance, and to help out with concessions at the intermissions of each performance. We need help with donations for the concession stands if you have any contacts. Our House Manager position ios OPEN and we also need people who can help out with the house duties, even if it is just for one performance. E-mail JoAnn or Debra if you want to help.

  • ASSISTANT DIRECTOR....POSITION FILLED!

    JOANN VALLOT will be Jill's Assistant Director again this year. This is the third year we have had an Assistant Director, so just remember, if Jo Ann says it, it comes from Jill.

  • LIGHTING DIRECTOR.... POSITION FILLED!

    JOHN DAVIS will be setting the lights and be in charge of operating them for the show. Thaks John!

  • ASSISTANT LIGHTING DIRECTOR...

    JOHN can definitely use some help here! Let one of the producers know if you are interested.

  • PROP MANAGER....

    We're looking for someone to serve as this year's Prop Manager. We'll try not to break anything...

  • TICKET MANAGER....POSITION FILLED!

    JOANN VALLOT will be our Ticket Manager this year. Thanks to JoAnn!

  • SOUND TECHNICIAN...POSITION FILLED!

    JOHN DAVIS will be doing sound for the Guild this year. Lights and Sound? Hope he doesn't want to act too!

  • PUBLICITY...POSITION FILLED!

    KATHRYN NOSER will be in charge of publicity for CINDERELLA. Everyone needs to help Kathryn when she asks. Thanks Kathryn!

  • MANAGER FOR ADVERTISING SALES FOR THE PROGRAM....

    This person will coordinate with Kathryn. Please e-mail me at JoAnn or Debra if you are interested. An attempt is going to be made to raise significant advertising revenue this year through ad sales. Come on...you know you're good at this....

  • COSTUMES...

    We need everyone to help out and develop the costumes as a group. Some useful links are on the Rehearsal page.

  • SEAMSTRESSES AND TAILORS...

    Uh, OK, well can you sew? We need all the sewing help we can get to help with costumes, especially fittings. If you can help, please contact Debra.
