Nursing Management Moments

• I am a graduate student at Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville, Georgia. I am pursuing a Masters Degree in Nursing Administration. Below are some sites that I enjoy visiting plus a link to a project that I am working on for one of my classes. The project link below demonstrates a report that can be extrapolated from the call-in database developed for a local hospital. The project included developing the database and reports so that the employer could access information regarding employee call-ins and unit call-ins. It should be a time saving solution to a problem that causes both employer and employee dissatisfaction. Previously, this task was done manually and had inaccurate information.
