People were sitting in the aisles that last Saturday when an ice storm caused arching on the electrical lines which caused the lights in the theater to dim. The lighting technician after consulting with president Mark Van Epps who was playing in the pit at the time, turned off all "non-essential" stage lighting (which unfortunately included the pit lights and the electrical instruments there. As the saying goes, the show must go on, and it did saving the Players from an expensive refund.
