(sorry, first pics missing) ,using 1/4 in mdf sheets cut in correct shape from the 3d program (BLENDER.org)
then i grind the excedent until the outside match the inside of the next panel
automobile putty (green stuff)is added to fill holes. then i take the orbital grinder to smooth it
the plug came in 3 (for now) parts for demolding consideration
to come :-plug finition, later polishing, fiberglass mold, lamination , demolding, etc...
