Fashion Retardism: a serious disability that affects 1 in every 5 North American. There are many symptoms of F.R, most commons ones include: tapered jeans, dark lipliner with light lipgloss, wearing socks with sandals. There is a cure for the horrible disease, please help us rid our world of fashion retardism. Take 25g of Vitamin F everyday.

Types of Fashion Retardism

BeBe hoe: This is the girl with the bitchy ass attitude, she likes to think she is hot shit because she wears a black t-shirt with BeBe in rhinestones. Her hair is in chunky highlites, her bra is extremely padded and push up, her flipflops have an over 3" platform. Note: The bebe hoe has sisters in other price ranges; such as, the Gucci hoe, the Sirens hoe, and the Wal-mart hoe. Here's an example.

Label whore: This girl shops at all the right stores, but goes to the wrong racks. Her wardrobe consists of and only of Dolce and Gabbana, Dior, Gucci and Louis Vuitton. She feels naked without her monogram LV purse, her Gucci fedora hat, her monogram D&G pants and her silver Dior necklace, watch and braclet. Say it with me: Monogram overload!

Welcome to ur daily dose of Vitamin F (the F stands for fashion)

Th3 Ho++est tr3nd$ for SPRING/SUMMER 20004 More coming soon

* Cecila de Bucourt shawls! Looks gorgeous with a cami and jeans! Here's one i luv!

* Ugg boots from Australia! They r comfy and trendy!! These are actually more of a fall trend, but i'm sure it'll carry out to spring! Click here for a pic

* bright colors for clothes, accesories (esp. bight leather purses) and shoes. Orange and green and fushia are big, but do not overload, wear them in small amounts (as in purses, shoes, etc)

* Gauchos, in denim or trouser material. My personal favorites are these from the Gap.

* Gold heels, seen all over the runways this season, but they are a pain in the ass to find in stores.Aim for skinny straps, high stiletto, and no platforms.

* The 20's, the eightys trend from Fall 2003 is slowly being phased out (big chunky earrings are still cool tho) the glam 20's are in, so grab a strand of ur mum's vintage pearls, peep-toe pumps, and slip on a chiffony dropwaist dress. Think Chicago or Moulin Rouge.

Th3 Ho++est tr3nd$ for FALL/WINTER 2003

* the 8o's (torn t-shirts, over-accessorizing, legwarmers, think Madonna, skinny jeans, and off the shoulder sweaters)

* a nod to Mod (think Twiggy, Mary Quant, minis, minimal & modernists, opaque tights, big Jackie-o glasses, graphic prints)

* tweed:A coarse, rugged, often nubby woolen fabric made in any of various twill weaves and used chiefly for casual suits and coats. (coats, minis, suits, pants, etc made of tweed will keep you warm and trendy)

* trouser jeans. Try brands like Blue Cult if you have a slim body, and Juicy for petites, AG Angels for curvy girls, and Seven jeans seem to work for everone.

* furs, pearls, gold (think luxe & rich, think goldigger who lives in the arctic)

* crocodile skin (pumps, boots, purses in this skin)

* burgandy (no more pastels)
