I was married this past spring in Destin, Fl, and surprise- - shortly after, we discovered there is a baby on the way! Jackson Alexander Daughtry will be joining my husband (Jeff) and I, around December 17.
My husband and I live in the Atlanta area, and originally, I am from Dadeville, Alabama where I resided the majority of my life. I attended Auburn University (WAR EAGLE!), where I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Geography.
Geography has clearly proven to be conducive in my present occupation as an International Flight Attendant with World Airways. This also allocates me the unique opportunity to travel the continents, which previously, I had only investigated through the traditional methods of textbook education.
My most favorite thing to do is… TRAVEL! I love it, but since we found out about the baby, I’ve been unable to fly; therefore, I’m just a home gal… I have also been a pianist for 17 years, and I truly enjoy music.
I am pursuing my Master of Arts Education degree in adult education and distance learning because I intend on being a successful teacher/facilitator in an educational setting. My husband completed his master’s in education several years ago, and he is presently a middle school teacher…a perfect role model for me!
