Kids' Space Connection, is a great place for children to find pen-pals from other parts of the world. Pre-school age children to teenagers can participate. It's fun to wait for mail to come the old fashion way, but it's certainly exciting for kids to receive responses immediately. In forums like these children can learn to appreciate different cultures and customs, as well as develop friendships.

Though the holidays have gone by let us remember throughout the year those families who are less fortunate than us. I know that a lot of you have been generous to help already, but if you did not have the opportunity to do so, I hope that you'll find some of these sites helpful.

Though we find the net invaluable, there is a lot of garbage we can do without especially when our children are concerned. There is a lot of software available to insure our young ones' time on the net is a positive experience.
