If this is your first time here then you will probably need a little instruction on how to get it set up on your end.

First of all you will need the Real Player G2, which is a free internet audio and video program.  You may get a free download of it here from Real Network's site.  Look for the free version.
This program allows you to see and hear our Live broadcast.  Once downloaded close all applications and locate the file and double click it and follow the instructions.  If you do not want the Real Player to automatically start every time you start your machine you will need to locate the Real Player icon in your system tray (bottom right corner of your screen) and right click it and choose, "Disable smart start".

Once Real Player is installed you need to get one more program.  This very cool little program here is Surf&Call (note : when you click you must then close this window to see the SAVE window.  Remember where you save it!) All you will need is a microphone and speakers.  You may download it here from us.  It is a small "plugin" for Internet Explorer and Netscape 4.0, or higher.  Download it, locate the file, double click to install.  You will not be able to configure it until you come back to a page, such as this, with Surf&Call.    When you come back you should see a black bar on the bottom of the screen.  This is the phone you will use.  Right click it, enter your name and / or nickname, and do the microphone / speaker test.  Once you have it configured left click the call button and your name will appear in the white box on the right.  To talk simply click "push to talk". Release it when you stop speaking.  You may also use the control key on your keyboard in the same manner.

Oh, and Iphone 4.5 and 5.0 users do not need Surf&Call. Simply click the "Living English" graphic and your phone will open..
