New York Post reviewer, Chip Deffaa directed the "Cohan.." show in addition to writing and producing the show. "George M. Cohan: In His Own Words" was part of a "Fringe"-like festival called The Chip Deffa Invitational and was performed at the Chashama Theatre on 42nd Street in Manhattan.
