FLOYD COLLINS by Adam Guettel
In the small town of Cave City, KY in the cold winter of 1925 a man laid trapped under 150 feet of earth and rock. Though attempts were made to free Floyd Collins, he died on February 13, 1925 now known as "Hoo-doo Day" in cave country.
"An estimated thrity thousand visitors make their way to this obscure field in Kentucky, the once barren farm begins to look more like a county fair - a carnival - a dream... Are you listening Floyd?"
