| Lab3 : Case Study #2
The
e-business Liz and I plan to start targets three general markets. Each of
these markets is accessible in different ways
and therefore for our business to be successful , we must have
three different payment systems.
First , to reach the customers
from ages 10-12, a prepaid account or card system must be implemented so
that kids may buy our products. Because a parent is less likely to simply
hand their kid a credit card, we will need to provide access to our
younger consumers.
Next , for the 13-18 age
bracket , a form of electronic cash products will be offered by our
company. Electronic cash products will aid advertising and once again
reach out a hand to the younger consumers. Finally , we reach the older consumers , ages 18-30 , and therefore we will also accept e-checks. The older generation is more likely to have and use checks ; however , e-checks are cheaper so therefore , we believe consumers are likely to take advantage of this form of payment. |
