Featured Musical~A Chorus Line In my opinion A Chorus Line is the greatest musical ever written. I am absolutely in love with it. I would encourage anyone to go out and see it. My boyfriend just recently gave me the movie version of it and I watch it over and over again. The whole musical is basically an audition and one by one each of them begin to open up to Zach, the choreographer of the musical they're auditioning for. The dancing in this musical is absolutely amazing, especially in the very popular "Cassie Dance". Cassie, the lead female role, is an extremely talented dancer trying to return to the line after taking a job in Hollywood. I think this musical does an incredible job at demonstrating how a dancer feels or how anyone would feel trying to acheive their dreams. Even people who have no interest in singing or dancing can relate. It's been said that people have cried after watching this, that know nothing about dance. Some of the memorable routines are The Music and the Mirror, What I Did For Love, One and i just love I Can Do That. About Me Hey! If you don't already know this is Quincey also known as firefaerieprincess96. I'm totally obsessed with musicals and Broadway(as you can probably see), and I really hope to be on Broadway myself when i get older. Now yes, i know, Broadway's an extremely hard thing to make, I am aware of this, and i know it takes a lot of work but I'm willing to do it. If anybody else has dreams similar to mine my advice is don't give up and don't let anyone tell you that you can't do it.. i know i'm not. I think if you want something bad enough and you're willing to work you can get it. I've been dancing for 13 years now, i've been dancing since i was 2 and i don't plan on ever quitting. I'm 15 if you couldn't tell.. lol. I take dance lessons from my Grandma and my Aunt so i guess you could say that this dancing thing kinda runs in the family. I was in the school musical last year and i'm participating in a summer play at my school at the moment. We did West Side Story and everyone said we blew them away.
