Our approach include lessons learned by our tutors while they taught in the public schools of Indiana that include their effort to get young pupil's academic 'juices flowing by usually using Public Schools's Daily Oral Language Exercises we changed to one on one, or one on several settings and dub our Tutoring Oral Language Exercises(Hence "TSOL sm"); or the public schools' Daily Oral Mathematics Exercises we changed to one-on-one, or one-on- several types teaching settings and dub Tutoring Oral Mathematics (Hence "TSOM sm").

For Home Schoolers, we also tutor the High School Indiana Core 40 curriculum in Science and additional subjects. Further, we tutor Reading for the preparatory GED practice if home schoolers want a diploma from a high school without spending much, or any time in a public or private school.

We do a community effort through Project Reads of Northeast Indiana. In it we tutor and teach early readers the the fundamentals of reading comprehension, application and analysis. Further we tutor Active Listening Skills, teach writing fundamentals and instruct in speaking drills to the Project Reads Children.

Large and medium sized Metro School Corporations of Indiana seem to us to be taking too much time to execute the complete Core 40 curriculum that may take up to six more years. We think that is too lengthy an interval given the current status of the global challenges and opportunities. This is the best reason to sign a child up.

Another effort makes students put pen, or pencil to paper and prompts them to make oral answers to the instructor as they correct the work together.

The founders have Natural Resources, Business and Biology majors and degrees from Indiana University and Ball State University. Further, the founders have fourty years of first hand experience with the U S of A's Department of Defense and in Aviation.

For Privacy purposes, we will post your children or other students by their own personal initials, their own School, or other Training Facility name and its' Zip code on our scheduled and replaceable reports on these pages, or in our web blog. This will be available to both the entities and the student's families

Their report would look something like that which refers the flying hours meter of rented airplanes: A Hobbs Type of Meter in planes is used to bill the renters of it and it is based on elapsed time against the hours recommended and paid for in advance in this case.

Which sections of each student's or teacher assigned goals we cover and how well the students did with each of them?

If they had problems with it what problems were they having?

Were there any behavior problems?

What do you plan to do with this student on the next visit?

Was their a meeting with the Parents, or Chaperones after the visit; and what was discussed?
