When Laura traveled to New Zealand and Australia, 8 weeks without her seemed much too long for the rest of ECOF. Hence, mini-Laura was created. She was an integral part of many memories during a time when the real Laura couldn’t be there.

When Laura is finished teaching the children of the world to love learning, she will embark on her second career as a professional body boarder and New Zealand aficionado. While lounging on the beach and awaiting visits from other ECOF members, she will devour Harry Potter books and Dairy Queen ice cream cakes will equal pleasure.
