I have a 1 bedroom timeshare suite at the Summer Bay Resorts in Las Vegas (sleeps 4). It is about 2 blocks off the Strip. I want to rent my week out this year (2005), since I will not make it down there.
I can get any week in October - December (including New Years), or can try to get another week in the year for you. Events during these months are Thanksgiving, COMDEX, SEMA, Christmas, New Years and more.
I would like $1500 for the week, but price can be negotiated (call me, let's see what we can do.) Also, for a small fee my suite can be upgraded to a 2 bedroom (sleeps 6).
