On October 28th 2005, The Black Eyed Peas came to Curie to pay hommage to Mr. Hines, director of Jazz Band. Drummer Keith Harris of the Black Eyed Peas, graduated from Curie in 1994 and was a drummer in Hines' Jazz Band. Harris presented Mr. Hines with a Plaque from the band in honor of his years of service to music education. Check the Pics!
