SAMPLE LETTER TO ELECTORAL COLLEGE:

Your Name
Address
Date

I’m writing to ask you to please take some time to study the evidence provided
in this letter which relates to a very important Constitutional issue regarding the
candidate elected as the President, November 4, 2008. That issue is that any
candidate elected President MUST be a Natural Born U.S. Citizen as stated
within the Constitution of the United States.
A naturalized or otherwise U.S. citizen can not meet this Natural Born
Requirement for the political office of President.   I have heard Senator Obama
directly claim to have been born into a home which had a foreign parent.
Obama jr. claims that Obama Senior was a British Subject.
In making this admission I do NOT believe Obama jr. understands that a person
must be born to two U.S. parents in order to claim Natural Born Status.

I believe that Obama jr.'s birth certificate and Indonesia / Kenya citizenship
issues are not the core of his divided loyalties. Obama's lack of qualifications
for the U.S. Presidency arises from his lack of meeting the basic Constitutional
definition of a NATURAL BORN U.S. CITIZEN.
Obama jr. also acknowledges that British law governed the status of
Obama Sr.'s children. This admission alone means that Obama jr. held
either only British Natural Born Citizenship at birth or a Dual British Natural
Born Citizenship with regular U.S. Citizenship at birth. Obama jr. may have
also acquired other citizenships after birth involving Kenyan in 1963
when Obama's Sr.s British Colony was given back to the Kenyan people
and later when he lived in Indonesia, but these regular citizenships do not
involve the Natural Born Citizenship issue. Obama may carry regular
citizenship from British to Kenyan to Indonesian to U.S or a mixture of all
four together. I claim that the precise nature of Obama's other regular
citizenships is not relevant because America's forefathers only placed restriction
on the NATURAL BORN CITIZENSHIP of a U.S. Presidential Candidate.
Obama jr.s assertion is that he was born in Hawaii, and that claim alone should
generate NATURAL BORN U.S. CITIZENSHIP. I dispute that claim because
our Constitutional framers did place more specific requirements on our
Natural Born Citizen Status. Obama's admission of a parent who was not a
U.S. citizen establishes WITHOUT MORE that he is not eligible for the
U.S. Presidency.  I direct your attention to the full clause within our
U.S. Constitution, Article 2. Section 1. which provides:
"No person except a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN, or a CITIZEN of the
United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution shall be
eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be
eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of
thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the
United States."
I claim that the words ". . . or a CITIZEN of the United States, at the
time of the Adoption of this Constitution . . ." have been overlooked
by Obama with regard to Presidential eligibility, and that these words
provide the KEY to a proper understanding of the eligibility issue.
I claim that there is original intent here which has been over looked
by some, in that the framers of our U.S. Constitution expressed
through these words that most, if not all of them, were at birth,
born as British subjects. Later they also became citizens of the U.S.
and therefore Dual Citizen. The chosen wording of the framers makes it
very clear that they had drawn a precise distinction between their own
Natural Born British Citizenship (because they were born subject to
British jurisdiction), and "NATURAL BORN U.S. CITIZENS",
who would NOT be born subject to British jurisdiction or any other
jurisdiction other than the United States. The framers then went out of
their way to again address their own Natural Born U.S. Citizen Restrictor,
and grandfathered themselves back into the U.S. Constitution as being
eligible to become President, but their grandfather clause ONLY applied
to any person who was a "CITIZEN . . . at the time of the Adoption of
the Constitution. Obama jr. (obviously) was not a Citizen at the time of
the Adoption of the Constitution, so he is not subject to the grandfather clause.
The framers recognized that EVEN THEY were not "NATURAL BORN
U.S.CITIZENS, they were Dual Citizens and therefore unacceptable for President.
America's founding fathers were not "NATURAL BORN U.S. CITIZENS"
because they carried Dual Citizenship. That is why they had to include a
grandfather clause to allow any of them to become President. The framers
did not want Dual Citizens, with divided loyalty to be able to become
President in the future - particularly Dual Citizens with loyalty to the
hated British Empire.
I claim that the framers use of the word "born" constitutes positive
proof that they intended that the Natural Born U.S. Status as a "citizen"
must be present ONLY at birth, since if this were not the intent there
would have been no need for the grandfather clause.
Dual citizenship at the time of birth was allowed for the framers themselves
under the grandfather clause, but for no one else. Hence, Obama jr. is not
a "Natural Born U.S. Citizen," and even if he managed to produce an
original birth certificate proving he was born in Hawaii it would not change
the fact that he freely admits that he was a Natural Born British Citizen
at birth, which made him a Dual Citizen for life according to the framers
original intent. Without a grandfather clause to protect him like the framers
had, he is permanently Constitutionally barred for life from serving as a
President of the United States of America. This issue is really much simpler
that some would make it; a U.S. Presidential candidate just needs two
U.S. Citizens for parents and to be born in the U.S. or its possessions.

I ask that you request that Mr. Obama show his willingness to defend and
uphold our U.S. Constitution by showing proof of his ability to comply with
and fulfill the requirements of its laws. I feel this is certainly reasonable.
I also ask that the Electoral College delay voting on December 15th, 2008
pending the outcome of this matter. I also ask, that if you find that
"reasonable doubt" exists with regard to Obama's failure to meet the
qualifications for President of the United States of America, that you
withdraw your votes, thereby, decertifying Obama to hold the Office
of President of the United States of America.

Finally I ask, that should Mr. Obama be decertified to serve as President,
that the November 4th, 2008 Presidential Election and Vice-Presidential
Elections be deemed null and void. In such event, I would further ask
that you request that the U.S. Supreme Court order a new Presidential
and Vice-Presidential Election at such time as the Court deems appropriate.

Sir, as a distant son of our liberty seeking framers, I declare to you that
there is ample evidence to cause “reasonable doubt” that Senator Obama
is a Natural Born U.S. Citizen. We’re not talking about absolute proof as
would be required in a criminal court of law… just reasonable doubt.
I am confident that you love our U.S. Constitution as I do, and wish to take
your oath to our framers and the U.S. people today, very seriously
as an Elector: to uphold and defend our Constitution. I for one, am
willing to carry our framers specific Natural Born Presidential Instructions
forward in time and defend it, as many of them did back in 1783.

Your Oath as an Elector should not be taken lightly. It is also your duty to
uphold not only the values of this country to live by the rule of law,
but first and foremost, to the framers and the people united by our
Constitution of the United States of America.

Thank you.

“The British Nationality Act of 1948 (Part II, Section 5):
Subject to the provisions of this section, a person born after the commencement
of this Act _shall be a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies by descent if
his father is a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies at the time of the
birth." BHO senior was a British Citizen after the 1948 Act, therefore the Act
applied to BHO junior and automatically gave him British Citizenship at birth,
anywhere on earth.
