How It All Started
Hello, so by you being here reading this, it seems you want to learn how we all got together. Well, if thats the case, I'll tell you. Shawn, Barry and Tom all were in a band called Left Hanging (oh, what a band that was). After awhile, we relized we needed a change, because we were going no where fast. We waited for a while for something to happen, and of course, just our amazing luck, it did. The band AcTe just dropped our good friend Andrew Lyle. For us this was the door opener. Now after we had a talk with Andrew, we started a new band. The band went on for about 3 weeks with no name. But then one night after a long practice, we all sat around and discussed some names for the band. A few names were tossed around, altered a bit, and after awhile we came up with Day of Darkness. After the show on Jan 28th. shawn told us he no longer wished to be in the band, so with us still being friends, he left. Now we are a Heavier Band than before, with alot of new songs and we are now in the process of getting more widly known. So heres where I ask you a favor, let some people know about us. And if you want us to play a show, just ask.
