The Coheed and Cambria (aka - Co and Ca) story is a four parter of which the Second Stage Turbine Blade (SSTB) is the second part and In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth 3 (IKSSE3) is the third (hense the 3). This implies that Coheed and Cambria will only release 4 albums, the two remaining being the final part and the first part which will come out last. the comic book will tell the story of Coheed and Cambria and will have 6 parts and will be turned into a book once they have all been completed. Once the story of Co and Ca is known the lyrics make so much more sense, everything is so intricate and detailed.
The story takes place in the past.
Coheed and Cambria are the parents of 4 children, Claudio, Maria, Josephine and Matthew. Claudio is the second born of these children and the only surviving as the rest have been killed although who killed them is still unknown.
A dragon fly is sent to infect Coheed with a serum and when he see's Cambria the serum is activated and he turns into the evil Monstar. This is told in the SSTB.
Events lead to an intergalactic war and something known as the key work begins to fall apart. The key work is a group of 78 planetery systems held together by powerstar transformers (7 power stations) these are represented on the key work logo (the circles and triangle off the IKSSE3 cover). The triangle on this image represents a beam that holds the planets in a line. During IKSSE3, Earth and its solar system are broken free from the keywork and lost in the dust cloud resulting from the break.
As Earth breaks away Coheed has the power to either save or destroy the universe due to the monstar in his heart, unofrtunatly the monstar is evil.
In IKSSE3 Co and Ca are dead and Claudio has gone into hiding.
Al the killer is the pilot of The Velorium Camper (a ship) and the 3 Velorium Camper songs are based on him.
The Prise is a celestial being that oversees the keywork.
Ambellina is a fairy who watches over the keywork but is told to become human by The Prise.
