Be assured that, if you have any questions you can always get in touch with our booking coordinator. Our booking form is in the Adobe pdf format. The 5 easy steps to book the Alloy Arts Ensemble:
1. Download our BOOKING FORM (pdf).
2. Fill in the form (if you have any questions, please call 1-312-339-0830) and either:
- send it as a fax to 1-214-602-2310 ,
- e-mail all the information on the form to booking@alloyartsensemble.com ,or
- call our bookings coordinator at 1-312-339-0830 and give details over the phone.
3. Allow time for us to get in touch with you to confirm the booking.
4. After we have confirmed the booking with you, we will send you the contract.
Please read it, sign it, and return one copy to us.
5. We will then send you a detailed bill. Payment in full is due at the event.
